Pinetuck Weekly Scramble

Each Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday there is a scramble type golf tournament at Pinetuck. The tournament is open to the public, and players must call in by 10:30 AM to enter.  Tee off time is at 11 AM.  Four-person teams are selected by committee according to A, B, C, and D player ability.  The A player is the low-handicapper, and the D player the high-handicapper. Handicaps are not applied for scoring .Tournament scoring uses the best ball from two players. Four players tee off on each hole and play until each ball is holed. The best two scores are used to determine the score for each hole, where the team score is kept at plus or minus par.  The only exception to this rule is that all birdies count to reduce the team score. For example three birds on a hole bring down the team score by three.

Prizes are awarded to the winning teams.

Pinetuck offers a full bar and snack bar for golfers.
